The X and Z axes are made of domestic precision ball screw pair and ball screw special bearings, which meet the requirements of high rigidity and high precision cutting. The pre-stretching structure of the screw support greatly reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine during long-term operation.
5. The X and Z axes adopt advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timed automatic intermittent lubrication, and the work is stable and reliable.
6. The machine tool holder adopts the electric knife holder or the row knife form, with accurate accuracy and high efficiency.
