(1) Workbench mechanism

(6) Beam

(7) Beam slide
The beam slide is made of HT250. The beam slide is mounted on the beam. The sliding friction surface in contact with the beam is treated with PTFE plastic soft belt to reduce the friction coefficient and greatly extend the service life.
(8) Slewing slide
The rotary slide is made of HT250 material, and the sliding friction surface that is in contact with the vertical tool holder is treated with a plastic tape to reduce the friction coefficient and greatly extend the service life.
(9) ram

(10) Hydraulic system
The main control components of the hydraulic system are made by well-known domestic manufacturers and have reliable performance. The main functions of the system are: 1 providing variable speed power for the hydraulic cylinder of the main transmission gearbox; 2 for supplying oil to the table rail device; 3 for ram balance cylinder; 4 for beam clamping cylinder system; 5 machine related Lubricate the oil supply.
(11) Machine tool lubrication system

(12) Electrical system
The button station cantilever is installed on the machine tool, and the button station and the cantilever can be rotated at any angle, which is beautiful and convenient to operate.
